F. Jacob Cherian

F. Jacob Cherian has over 23 years of experience in acquisitions, investment, publicly listed companies, business restructuring, and improving business value. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors since the inception of his current organization. Mr. Cherian co-founded and has held the position of Chief Executive Officer and director of I-AM Capital Acquisition Company Inc. (“I-AM”), a special purpose acquisition company. His leadership and expertise in the SPAC sector are further exemplified by his role as Co-CEO and director of Anghami Inc. In addition to his executive roles, Mr. Cherian has been a member of the board of directors since March 2021, contributing his extensive knowledge and experience to guide the strategic direction of the company.
