H. David Sherman, MBA, DBA, CPA, has been a professor at Northeastern University since 1985, specializing in financial and management accounting. In addition to his academic role, Mr. Sherman has been actively involved in the SPAC sector. He has served as an independent director for multiple SPACs, including Lakeshore, where he has held this position since March 2022.
