James A. Graf

James A. Graf has been a prominent figure in the special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) landscape, serving in various executive roles across multiple organizations. He has been the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary of Silver Eagle since April 11, 2013. In addition to these responsibilities, Mr. Graf has also been a member of the board of directors. Since June 2018, Mr. Graf has held the position of Chief Executive Officer and director at Graf Industrial Corp., a blank check company. He led the company through its business combination with Velodyne Lidar, Inc. in September 2020. Mr. Graf's extensive experience includes serving as a founder and executive officer, or as a non-independent director, of five SPACs formed for the purpose of executing business combinations. Most recently, he has taken on the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer since September 2023, further demonstrating his commitment to leadership within the financial sector.
