Kevin Schubert

Kevin Schubert is a seasoned business and legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate strategy. He has been with the organization since its inception, initially serving as the Chief Operating Officer. As of November 2022, Mr. Schubert was appointed President, and he took on the role of Chief Financial Officer in February 2023. Prior to his current roles, Mr. Schubert served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Red Rock Resorts, Inc. His diverse background and leadership capabilities have positioned him as a key figure in the company's strategic initiatives and operational management.
