Stephen N. Cannon

Stephen N. Cannon, 50, has been a prominent figure in the SPAC industry, serving as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and director since June 2014. He has extensive experience in investment banking and has played a significant role in the management of multiple SPACs, having served as a member of management for five such entities. In addition to his leadership roles, Mr. Cannon has been the Chief Financial Officer since December 2017 and held the position of President from the inception of the company until May 2018.
