Professional Biography

Christopher Wolfe has served as the Chief Financial Officer since the formation of the company in May 2020. In addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer, he also holds the position of Secretary at DFP. Prior to his current roles, Mr. Wolfe was a partner at Capital Z Partners, a middle market private equity firm, from June 2003 until December 2017. His extensive experience in finance and investment positions him as a significant contributor to the success of the organizations he has been involved with, including his leadership in multiple SPAC initiatives.
