Dr. Raluca Dinu is a seasoned executive with approximately 20 years of experience in international leadership roles within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry. Her career encompasses a diverse range of positions across privately held start-ups, mid-cap companies, and large enterprises, showcasing her versatility and depth of expertise. Dr. Dinu co-founded GigCapital5 alongside Dr. Avi S. Katz, the Chairman of the Board. Since February 2021, she has held multiple key roles within the organization, including President, Chief Executive Officer, and Secretary, while also serving as a member of the Board of Directors.
