Karen G. Mills

Karen G. Mills has been a member of the Board of Directors of Churchill Capital Corp since September 2018. She serves as a Director on the boards of multiple Churchill entities, including Churchill Capital Corp IV, Churchill Capital Corp V, Churchill Capital Corp VI, and Churchill Capital Corp VII. In addition to her role at Churchill, Ms. Mills is a Senior Fellow at both the Harvard Business School and the Harvard Kennedy School, a position she has held since January 2014. Her extensive experience and leadership in the SPAC sector, combined with her academic involvement, underscore her significant contributions to the field.
