Kerry Propper

Kerry S. Propper is a seasoned executive and co-founder of multiple SPACs, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors since the inception of the company. He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in June 2011 and took on the role of Co-Chairman in April 2012. In addition to his leadership roles, Mr. Propper has been a consultant to Platinum Credit Holdings LLC, a hedge fund, since September 2015. His extensive experience in the financial sector includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer and head of investment banking at Chardan, where he was a co-founder and held the position from 2003 to 2015. Mr. Propper's strategic vision and expertise have been instrumental in the growth and development of the firms he has been associated with, solidifying his reputation as a prolific sponsor and executive in the SPAC landscape.
