Jonas Grossman

Jonas Grossman has been a prominent figure in the financial sector, serving as the Chief Executive Officer of our organization since June 2020. He is also a co-founder of the company and has played a significant role in its strategic direction and governance. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Mr. Grossman has been a member of our Board of Directors since July 2020. His extensive experience in capital markets is underscored by his long-standing position as Partner and Head of Capital Markets at Chardan Capital Markets LLC, a role he has held since December 2003. In this capacity, he oversees the firm’s global capital markets initiatives, including a focus on healthcare investment banking.
