Ping Zhang

Ping Zhang has been an independent director of the board since May 2025. He has an extensive background in executive leadership and financial management, having served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer since the formation of his current organization. In addition to his primary role, Mr. Zhang has been the General Manager of Green Leaf Air Freight Inc. since November 2020. Green Leaf Air Freight Inc. is a U.S.-based investment and air freight company, where he has been instrumental in driving operational success. Mr. Zhang also holds a position on the board of directors of Quartzsea, where he has been serving since November 2024. Furthermore, he has taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and director of Quantumsphere since July 2024, showcasing his versatility and commitment to leadership across multiple organizations.
